1. Exchange-Only Policy
Cute Cuts Closet does not generally provide refunds. We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery to help you find the perfect item. Contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
Important: Exchanges and returns are not available on sale items. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only under the following conditions:
- Product Unavailability: If an item is out of stock after purchase, we will issue a full refund for the unavailable product.
